Rude Awakening

Blech...It's Sunday and everyone knows Sunday is for sleeping in. Well not for me, at least not today. I was rudely awakened at 6:30 by a phone call from a total stranger. A very loud and perky total stranger looking for her Aunt Martha. I mumbled something about a wrong number and she apologized and hung up. I was just getting back to sleep when the phone rang again! I guess she needed to be absolutely certain I wasn't her aunt! I assured her in a slightly more aggrieved tone that "You have the WRONG NUMBER!" Her response was another cheerful laugh and a "I guess my mom gave me the me the number wrong." Ya think?! Sheesh. No point in staying in my nice warm, cozy bed by now - I'm wide awake and pissed. So, here I sit blogging. Well I'm off to make my morning cup of coffee so I can be 'perky' too. I hope your morning is less aggravating.
